Informational Journal Note

Headlights must be turned on while driving on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge.

Blue Crab season begins April, yearly.

Sherlene's Hey Neighbor! Suggestion

1. Chestertown's movie theatre will be reopening by a different entertainment brand. It is named Chesapeake 5 Theatres. A modern look is being pursued this time.

2. Please inquire of available transportation systems before visiting Maryland's Eastern Shore rural areas. There is a Greyhound bus-stop terminal in Easton, Maryland (gas station near Arby's). You can purchase fares at this terminal. Updated, November 2016: A possible new commuter bus proposal, Shore - Annapolis and Baltimore.

3. There are no buses from the District of Columbia - Union Station that travels, in the morning, to Easton, Maryland (bus terminal).

4. Bay Bridge, there is a toll fee, and usually there is someone available to transport you across the bridge in your own vehicle if necessary (fee $15 - 25).
