To preserve your consistent housing it requires that your cooling source is used all throughout your dwelling. (mansions, empty rooms after the kids are grown, second-level of the dwelling not being used, etc.,)

  • HUD agency doesn't have a director. Marcia Fudge, the former director, has quit.  "If you won't give Sherlene a mortgage voucher after 12 years of being on the HCVP program, I quit." Dear Mrs. Fudge: Thank you for your loyalty to my household's homeownership needs, and to America's housing needs.
  • Keeping affordable housing affordable in all states. Keeping mortgage rates affordable for home buyers.
  • Don't Waste Money: People who earn more than $168,000 per year should pay their income bracket portion in to the Social Security program.
  • Before and After COVID 19 National Issue: Nationally, Low-Incomers are Having to Pay Back Overpayments of Social Security Administration (SSA) Financial Welfare or Benefits and/or Affordable Housing Subsidized Rent Financial Welfare--Many Through No Fault of Their Own ... A Departmental or Government In-House Issue. Such beneficiaries Are In Need of Financial Assistance of Basic Needs (examples: food--higher numbers receiving at local food pantries; utilities--higher rate of utilities financial assistance applications; clothing--thrift or consignment stores or retail stores; etc., ) Also, beneficiaries may ask for a financial hardship waiver of an overpayment which may or may not be approved by their local SSA office.
  • Affordable Housing: The legal Policy is that the Dwelling Must Be In Habitable Condition Consistently For Landlords to Receive Distributes of Government Rent Portions, Nationally. Also, subsidized-rent beneficiaries or such renters may ask for a financial hardship waiver of an overpayment which may or may not be approved by their housing agency or PHA office. Remember, legally, HCVP vouchers (formerly known as Section 8 vouchers) are only guaranteed for 'one' 12-month leasing opportunity in our local neighborhoods, nationally.

TSB OPINION:

  • Let's Clean Up Our Neighborhoods: Let's Recycle Habitable Land and Homes: Everyone should have an opportunity in American neighborhoods to purchase a land property and the dwelling on it (homes, apartment units, mobile trailers, etc.). There should be no habitable home properties being abandoned, being not lived in, in these modern times of life experiences.
  • Human Beings Need to Walk on Their Lawns Again, Walk Around In Their Local Parks Again, to Keep Away Critters (our human scent, our human hair droppings, etc.). But Can We, Safely? QUOTE: I SAID:

Teaching the realities of welfare financial literacy is not too much information, it's most of our country's reality. The black culture should be discussing with the children in their household, in their communities, such things. Let these young people know the struggle of a country, a North America, whose beginnings were mostly of nothing. Let them know that being a part of the low-income choice is more popular right now than being a part of the working class. That you don't want them to do this or that because of the costs of losing such benefits and how it would harm your household, financially. Let them know now instead of waiting for them to graduate high school or college to realize such money truths of "the struggle." When it's there time of planning a household budget with the struggles of their financial lifestyle choice in their neighborhood choice, I want the younger generations to be well equipped and financially knowledgeable. --Sherlene
