  • Affordable Housing: The legal Policy is that the Dwelling Must Be In Habitable Condition Consistently For Landlords to Receive Distributes of Government Rent Portions, Nationally. Also, subsidized-rent beneficiaries or such renters may ask for a financial hardship waiver of an overpayment which may or may not be approved by their housing agency or PHA office. Remember, legally, HCVP vouchers (formerly known as Section 8 vouchers) are only guaranteed for 'one' 12-month leasing opportunity in our local neighborhoods, nationally.

  • Let's take action to clean up our neighborhoods by recycling habitable land and homes. In American neighborhoods, everyone should have the chance to purchase land and its dwellings, whether they are houses, apartment units, or mobile trailers. In this modern era, no habitable properties should be left abandoned or unoccupied.
  • Neighbors need to tread across their lawns and walk through or play at their local parks to deter critters with our human scent and hair. But is it safe to do so with the presence of ticks, flies, killer bees, snakes, squirrels, etc.? It's also vital for both children and adults to spend time outdoors to benefit from sunlight.
