"Do the Twist". Activity: Exercise while doing the historic 'twist' dance movements.

Our 2022 TSB Exercise Social Announcement (July 24, 2022 - July 23, 2023) is "Pleasant Walking Steps". Activity: Increase your walking steps, each week, while having the personal discipline of thinking only pleasant thoughts during such activity.

 

Our 2021 TSB Exercise Social Announcement (July 24, 2021 - July 23, 2022) is Continued jump-rope activity, cycling, and floor exercises on back which is most productive in decreasing body fat of multiracial individuals and families.
