|1. Mix 1 cup of salt and 1/2 c of cornstarch in the cooking pot.
2. Slowly stir in 3/4 c of water. Keep stirring until the mixture is smooth.
3. Stir the mixture over low heat until it is stiff, like mashed potatoes, 2 - 3 minutes.
4. Spoon the mixture. Let cool for about 10 min.
5. When the mixture is cool enough to handle, press and squeeze it until it feels like clay, 3 - 4 minutes.
6. To store unused chemical clay, wrap it in wax paper.
