1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add fusilli; cook 12 min. Drain and rinse in cold water until cool.
2. Toss pasta in a bowl w. tomatoes, bocconcini and pepperoni.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour over pasta and mix well.
4. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
