1. If whole chicken pieces split into halves.
2. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken pieces.
3. Let stand for one hour in the refrigerator.
4. Drain chicken, reserving marinade, and place chicken halves, skin side up, over charcoal, or in a broiler about 8 inches from source of heat.
5 Brush with marinade every 15 minutes during cooking. Broil for 20 to 25 minutes on each side, or until chicken is brown and tender.
