Beet-Blue Cheese: 1/2 c. sour cream, 1/2 (15 oz.) can sliced beets, finely chopped, 1/3 c. chopped toasted walnuts; and 1/4 c. crumbled blue cheese.
Steakhouse-Style: 1/2 c. sour cream and 1 T. prepared horseradish, drained; divide among 8 frozen pancakes. Top with 1/4 lb. deli-sliced roast beef and 1/3 c. watercress leaves.
Cinnamon-Apple: 1/2 c. plain fat-free Greek yogurt and 1/2 c. applesauce. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
