|Salad on a Stick|

|A daily calcium, protein, vitamins, and minerals salad.
|2 pints of cherry or grape tomatoes, cut in half
2 small tubs of fresh, part-skim small mozzarella balls
30 large fresh basil leaves, washed and dried
|1. Stick a toothpick through a tomato. Add a mozzarella ball. Then add a basil leaf on top.
2. Fill 30 toothpicks this way.
3. Sprinkle with a little balsamic vinegar or eat as is.
