1.Melt chocolate and butter or margarine in top of double boiler over boiling water in bottom of double boiler.
2. Add corn syrup, water, and vanilla, and stir.
3. Sift together confectioners' sugar and dry milk, and add gradually to mixture in double boiler, stirring constantly until smooth.
4. Remove from heat, add nuts, and stir.
5. Pour into greased cake pan.
6. Mark into squares when mixture has set.
7. Cut when cool, and serve.
