|Thanksgiving Feast: Red-Rubbed Turkey|

1 12-to 14-turkey, thawed if frozen
|3 T smoked paprika
1 T each ground coriander and garlic powder
2 t salt
1 t cayenne pepper
2 T olive oil
|1. Prep and place the turkey and vegetables in the roasting pan as directed, but do not rub with oil. In a small bowl, combine 3 T smoked paprika, 1 T each ground coriander and garlic powder, 2 t salt and 1 t cayenne pepper. Mix in 2 T olive oil. Rub all over the turkey and cook as directed.
