Ingredients: |
Green tea,
Strawberry and/or Kiwi, Mint, Cucumber, Lemon and/or Lime, or Orange slices
|
Directions: |
1. Prepare green tea like any other tea.
2. For fruit or cucumber slices, prepare enough for servings desired (add as little or much) and let sit for 30 minutes.
3. Drink the lemon, lime, or orange healthy drink at room temperature. All others, you can drink frozen or chilled in a glass or the refrigerator.
